Additionally, the range of motion exercises a physical therapist will directly recommend.
Occasionally, the pain can progress to the need for prescription pain relievers prescribed through a doctor or injections of steroids that are reported to typically only have short-term benefits to dealing with pain. In a worst-case scenario, surgery may even be necessary for the most severe circumstances.
